Only one of them lets you divide a price by a quantity of BPC-157 and get an answer that means anything.

That matters more here than for most compounds, because BPC-157 is priced low enough that format differences swamp vendor differences. A 10 mg vial at $24.50 with the code is $2.45 per mg. A 20 mg stack at $45.00 looks cheaper per milligram at $2.25, and it is not cheaper BPC-157, because half of that mass is TB-500. The pattern is consistent: the more compounds share a vial, the less the advertised price per milligram says about the compound you came for. Every format below is legitimate for some buyer. Only the first is unambiguous.

The 10 mg lyophilised vial

This is the reference format, and the one most BPC-157 listings mean. Freeze-dried powder sits under a crimped stopper as a dry white cake, stable for months under refrigeration, with the mass printed on the label. Nothing about the concentration has been decided yet, which is the point.

The numbers are plain. A 10 mg vial contains 10,000 mcg. At Ascension Peptides it lists at $49.00 and comes to $24.50 with the code PEPTIDEDECK, which is $2.45 per mg. Reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water it becomes 5 mg/mL, which is 200 units on a U-100 syringe, so 10 units draws 500 mcg and the vial holds 20 of those draws at $1.225 each. Reconstitute the same vial with 1 mL and it is 10 mg/mL, 100 units total, 10 units to the milligram. Same powder, same price, different arithmetic, because concentration is a decision made at the bench rather than a property of the product. Stacks and blends: 20 mg in a vial is not 20 mg of BPC-157

Read the last two columns together. If TB-500 is something you wanted in the same vial, the stack buys both compounds for less than buying them separately would. If you wanted BPC-157 only, you are paying $4.50 per BPC-157 milligram and receiving 10 mg of a different peptide alongside it.

The same logic degrades further in multi-compound blends. The same vendor sells BPC-157 inside two larger combinations, GLOW and KLOW, where three or more peptides share a vial. Unless the listing publishes the mass of each component, no per-milligram figure for BPC-157 can be recovered from the price at all. A blend is a reasonable thing to buy if the blend itself is what you want. It is a poor way to buy one compound.

Pre-mixed solutions, and why a stated mg/mL is not a favour

Occasionally BPC-157 appears already dissolved, advertised as a concentration rather than a mass. It looks convenient. It costs you three things.

  • Verification. A certificate reports on a dry batch. Once material is in solution you cannot weigh what went in, so the concentration on the label is a claim rather than a measurement you can check against a chromatogram.
  • Stability. Lyophilised peptide is stable for months refrigerated. In solution it degrades faster, and the transit conditions of a parcel sitting in a warm depot are exactly the conditions that accelerate it. A dry cake that warms in transit is usually recoverable; a warm solution is not.
  • Control. The whole point of the dry format is that you pick the fill volume. A pre-mixed vial has made that choice for you, and it has made every downstream unit conversion depend on a number you did not verify.

There is a compliance signal in it too. Research material is sold as bulk substance for laboratory work; a ready-to-use solution presented at a stated strength looks a great deal like a formulated product, and BPC-157 has no approved formulated product anywhere. A seller comfortable blurring that line is telling you something about the rest of its documentation.

Row four deserves emphasis. BPC-157 has no USP or NF monograph, so pharmaceutical grade is a phrase with no standard behind it. Row two deserves a caveat: a purity percentage describes the fraction of the sample under the main peak, while part of the vial's gross mass is counterion, residual solvent and water. Acetate and trifluoroacetate salts can account for a tenth of the labelled weight, which quietly raises your true cost per milligram of peptide. What is legally on sale, and what is not

Everything above describes research-chemical listings, because that is the only lawful category BPC-157 is sold in. It is worth stating why, since the regulatory position changed twice in 2026 and most pages still carry the old version.

BPC-157 has never been approved by FDA, EMA or MHRA and has no USP or NF monograph. FDA placed it in Category 2, bulk substances that may present significant safety risks, in September 2023, which is where most articles stop. In April 2026 FDA removed it from Category 2 after the nominations were withdrawn, which is not the same as promoting it to Category 1. At the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meeting of 23 to 24 July 2026 the committee narrowly recommended BPC-157 for the 503A Bulks List, and that recommendation is non-binding: the substance is not listed in 21 CFR 216.23 and FDA has issued no final determination.

So a listing that advertises BPC-157 as FDA cleared, prescription grade or clinically approved is wrong on the current record, not merely optimistic. A listing that carries research-use wording is describing the transaction accurately.
