BPC-157 for Sale USA: 500 mcg per 10 Units, Zero Customs

Domestic supply is not a quality claim. It changes four specific things, and none of them is purity.

The last row is the one people undervalue until they need it. A wrong item, a broken vial or a batch code that does not match the certificate is an email and a domestic parcel if the stock sat in a US warehouse, and an international claim against a counterparty in another jurisdiction if it did not. That difference does not appear in any price.

What domestic supply does not change: it says nothing about how the peptide was made, what its net peptide content is, or whether the certificate covers the batch in the box.

A BPC-157 USA order has one price to track. The quoted line is $24.50 with the code, and $2.45 per milligram is the rate on 10,000 mcg of labelled mass. Nothing is added at the door.

Order size then interacts with two published rules. The quantity tiers take 3% off at three vials, 5% at five and 10% at ten, calculated from the $49.00 list price, so the best of them is $44.10 a vial or $4.41 per milligram, well above the $2.45 the code produces on a single vial. Whether a cart will honour both at once is a checkout rule rather than a published one, so budget as though it will not. The price breakdown sets all five rates side by side.

Free carriage starts at $250. At $24.50 a vial, ten vials come to $245.00 and miss the line; eleven come to $269.50 and clear it. Freight matters more here than on an expensive listing, because it is a fixed charge divided by a small spend: a flat $10.00 on one discounted vial is $1.00 per milligram, turning $2.45 into $3.45.

The second BPC-157 listing changes the arithmetic rather than the shipping. The Wolverine Stack is $90.00, or $45.00 with the code, and its headline $2.25 per milligram spans two compounds, because it is 10 mg of BPC-157 blended with 10 mg of TB-500 in a single vial. Counted on the BPC-157 alone that is $4.50 per milligram. It is not a cheaper domestic route to BPC-157, it is a different purchase that happens to ship in the same box.

Which is the point of comparing landed rates rather than listed ones. A cheaper listing that charges more to ship a single vial can easily be the more expensive purchase, and an overseas listing that looks cheaper before VAT usually is not.

A .com domain, dollar prices and American spelling cost nothing to arrange. Several things that are harder to fake tell you where the vial physically is.

The cheapest test is the last one. Ask which batch will ship and which laboratory issued the certificate for it. A supplier holding stock can answer immediately, because the boxes are on a shelf. The vial ships dry, so it has no concentration until you give it one. That makes the buyer, not the seller, the person who sets the arithmetic.

Ten milligrams is 10,000 mcg. Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water and the solution is 5 mg/mL, which is 200 units on a U-100 barrel, so 10 units draws 500 mcg and each unit carries 50 mcg. Add 1 mL instead and it is 10 mg/mL, 100 units, and 10 units draws 1 mg. The vial cost $24.50 in both cases, and the cost per 100 mcg is $0.245 in both cases; what changed is the smallest amount you can measure.

That is the whole trade. A larger fill gives finer graduations and a weaker solution to store, a smaller fill gives coarser graduations and less liquid in the fridge. Selling and buying BPC-157 in the United States is lawful when it is sold and bought as research material. It is not lawful to sell it for human use, and no amount of packaging changes that, which is why every honest listing carries the research-use language.

The regulatory position moved twice in 2026 and most competing pages are quoting a version that expired. BPC-157 has never been FDA-approved for any indication and has no USP or NF monograph. It was placed in Category 2 for nominated bulk substances in September 2023, and that is where nearly every article on the internet stops. In April 2026 FDA removed it from Category 2 after the nominations were withdrawn, a removal for further evaluation rather than a promotion to Category 1. At the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee meeting of 23 and 24 July 2026 the committee narrowly recommended it for the 503A Bulks List, a non-binding recommendation that has produced no entry in 21 CFR 216.23 and no final determination. Two consequences follow for a US buyer. No pharmacy can dispense it, so there is no cash pharmacy price to compare $24.50 against. And WADA prohibits BPC-157 at all times under S0, the non-approved substances class, which is relevant to anyone subject to testing.

Shipping from a US warehouse rather than from overseas tells you nothing about what is in the vial. That question is answered on paper, by a laboratory that did not sell you the material.

Two measurements matter and they are frequently confused. Chromatographic purity says what fraction of the peptide present is the right peptide. Net peptide content says what fraction of the powder is peptide at all, because lyophilised material is weighed as a salt and carries counterions, residual water and residual solvent. A vial can be 99% pure by HPLC and still be meaningfully under 10 mg of peptide, and only the second number affects your $2.45.

Identity is the third leg. Mass spectrometry confirms the molecule weighs what a 15-residue BPC-157 should weigh, around 1,419.5 g/mol for formula C62H98N16O22. Chromatography without mass spectrometry has answered how much, not what.

A domestic parcel simply makes that easier to resolve if it is not.
