One batch came in 14% over the labelled mass, the other 17% under. Both certificates are genuine and the vendor publishes both. That is the honest picture, and it is more useful than a cleaner story would be.

Note also that testing scope is a property of the batch. The endotoxin and sterility screens exist on the June lot and not the January one, so a claim that this product is endotoxin tested is generalising from one certificate.

FOXO4-DRI has never been administered to a human being in a registered clinical trial. There is no approved product in any market, no established human dose, no measured half-life in people, and no safety profile. The published evidence is entirely mice, rats and cultured cells, beginning with the 2017 study that reported restored fitness, fur density and renal function in aged mice.
