Selank for Sale USA: 11 Vials to Clear $250 Free Freight

Four things change when the vial is already in the country, and only one of them is speed.

The last row decides it. A seized or spoiled parcel is not a partial loss on a research peptide, because there is no salvage value in a vial you cannot verify: the downside is the purchase price plus the freight. A cheap vial makes the loss cheap and the delay exactly as long.

FDA publishes its position on personal importation of unapproved products, and the short version is that there is no general entitlement. Selank holds no FDA approval for any indication, so there is no approved import route in any case.

The claim is free to make and cheap to fake, so it is worth knowing which parts of it leave evidence.

• The lot number on the vial against the published certificate. This is the only check that tests the material rather than the logistics. The Selank certificate published for lot 29-01260229 names the compound, the analysis date of 7 February 2026, purity of 99.32% and a measured quantity of 12.29 mg. If the vial in your hand carries a different lot and no certificate exists for it, the domestic claim is the least of the problems.
• Where the analysis was performed. The Selank certificate was issued by MZ Biolabs of Tucson, Arizona, and is signed by a named analytical chemist. A US laboratory on the report is not proof that the stock is domestic, but a report from nowhere in particular, unsigned and undated, tells you the seller is not investing in verifiable claims at all.
• The tracking event that starts the parcel. A domestic first scan is checkable after the fact and worth remembering for next time. It is retrospective evidence rather than pre purchase evidence, which is why it belongs at the bottom of this list.

None of these test where the material was manufactured, which is a separate question and almost never disclosed in this market. Domestic stock means the vial is warehoused in the country, and a listing that implies more than that is overstating what it can know.

If a vendor passes on one compound and fails on another, that is a documentation habit rather than a coincidence.

A flat carriage charge does not scale with milligrams, so it divides by ten on a single vial and by a hundred and ten on an order that clears the threshold. That is the whole shape of the arithmetic, and it is steeper than any discount on the page.

We are not quoting a carriage rate, because it varies by service and destination and any figure we printed would be stale. Here is what a rate of any size does to a single vial.

A $15.00 charge on one vial adds 63 percent to the cost per milligram, larger than every quantity tier combined, and it is the number most price comparisons leave out. Spread across more vials it shrinks fast.

Eleven vials is where free carriage begins at the code price, because $250 divided by $23.75 is 10.5 and you cannot buy half a vial. At list it takes six vials and $285.00. The discount pushes the threshold further away rather than closer, since it halves the number the threshold is measured against, and whether the cart evaluates the subtotal before or after the code is a rule only the checkout can settle.

The sensible reading is not to chase the threshold. It is to stop quoting $2.38 per milligram on a single vial order and quote the landed figure instead, as our Selank price breakdown does.

Selank's US position is unusual and widely misreported, and it is the reason the domestic channel looks the way it does.

Selank is not on the 503A bulk drug substances list in any category. It was nominated and placed in category 2 under FDA's interim policies, the nomination was then withdrawn by the nominator, and Selank now appears on FDA's list of bulk drug substances nominated but withdrawn. Search the 503A category lists updated 14 May 2026 and it is absent from all three categories: not category 1, not category 2, not category 3. It also holds no FDA approval for any indication.

The practical consequence is that there is no ordinary compounding route. A 503A pharmacy compounds from substances that are the subject of an approved application, appear in a USP or NF monograph, or sit on the 503A bulks list. Selank meets none of those, and a withdrawn nomination is not a pathway, which leaves research use suppliers as the channel holding domestic stock.

That is the same position BPC-157 and MOTS-c occupy, and for the same documented reason: all three appear on the withdrawn list with near identical immunogenicity language attached. If you have read that Selank is "FDA category 2" or "banned from compounding", that is out of date. It was nominated, the nomination was withdrawn, and it sits on no current list.

A domestic parcel spends days in transit rather than weeks, which is the main thing separating a peptide that arrives intact from one that does not. Lyophilised material is the stable form, which is why it ships dry, and the exposure that matters is heat and time rather than any single event.

The economics are brutal in one direction. A vial you doubt is a vial you cannot use, and there is no partial credit: the loss is the full $23.75 plus whatever carriage you paid, which on a single vial order with a $15.00 charge is $38.75 for nothing. Against that, a domestic transit is short enough that the probability is low, and this is one of the few places where paying for a faster service is straightforwardly rational.

One arithmetic note for anyone tracking effective cost. A vial that sits unused past its useful life is a total loss, which makes buying eleven vials to save a carriage charge a worse decision than it looks on the table above. Domestic stock is a logistics property. It is not a testing property, and conflating the two is the most common error on pages with USA in the title.

Two certificates are published for this listing, and they do not cover the same ground. Lot 29-01260229, analysed by MZ Biolabs on 7 February 2026, reports 99.32% purity, 12.29 mg per vial and identity by mass spectrometry against an expected 751.43 Da. It carries no bacterial endotoxins test and no sterility screen. Lot 29-05260628, certified by Kovera Labs on 2 June 2026, reports 99.371% purity, 11.86 mg net content, identity by LC-MS, an endotoxin result below 0.20 EU/mL against a 0.5 EU/mL limit by kinetic chromogenic LAL to USP Chapter 85, a rapid sterility screen returning no growth, and arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury all under limit.

That omission is the substance of FDA's stated concern rather than an incidental gap. FDA writes that compounded drugs containing selank acetate "may pose risk for immunogenicity for certain routes of administration due to the potential for aggregation and peptide-related impurities", and that it "lacks important information regarding any safety issues raised by selank acetate administered to humans". Aggregation and peptide-related impurities are measurable. A domestic warehouse does not measure them.

So the checkable contrast is lot to lot inside one product, and it is the most practically useful thing on this page. Same listing, same $23.75, materially different evidence depending on which fill you are sent. Two caveats keep it honest: the Kovera document describes its own sterility method as a preliminary screen rather than full compendial testing, and neither certificate tells you which lot a warehouse will pick off the shelf for your order. Buying domestically shortens the journey. It does not choose your lot, and it does not add a line to either report.
